摘要
教师学习是在一定的校园环境中进行的,能够保证与促进教师学习具有生态取向的校园环境,通常体现为具有积极的文化氛围、鲜活的教学实践、亲密合作的教师团队和鲜明的学校发展阶段性。校园环境的这些特征,为教师学习的生态取向提供了必要的保障性条件。
Teacher learning happens in the particular school environment. The ecology-oriented school environment which maintains and improves teacher learning normally has the characteristics of positive cultural atmosphere, fresh teaching practice, intimate cooperative teachers' team and distinctive school development stage. All of these characteristics have offered the necessary guaranteed conditions for teacher learning in the perspective of ecology.
