摘要
在输电铁塔基础施工过程中,钢筋经常需要进行各种弯曲以适应工程需要.钢筋弯曲机是一种重要的钢筋加工机械,如何更有效提高机械的生产效率,减少工人劳动强度,提高其可控性以及安全性都是在设计中需要解决的问题.通过对目前国内现有的一些钢筋弯曲机的相关资料进行研究与总结,设计了一款针对钢筋直径为12~30mm的多功能钢筋弯曲机.其优点在于具有良好的弯曲角度控制和自动回位控制功能,同时对工作台面上的模具进行了合理设计,使得模具结构简单、易于实现各种弯曲形状,例如正方形、长方形、正六边形、圆形以及其他各种常用的形状.
In the process of transmission tower foundation construction,rebar often need to be bent into vari-ous shapes in order to adapt to the needs of the project. Steel bending machine is a kind of important steel processing machinery. How to more effectively improve mechanical production efficiency and reduce labor in-tensity and Improve its controllable and security are the problems needed to be solved in the design. Based on researching and summarizing current domestic some existing reinforced bending machine related material, this paper designs a reinforced diameter of 12 to 30 mm multi-function reinforced bending machine. Its advantage is that it has the good function of bending angle control and automatic returning. At the same time, the mould in working mesa has been reasonably designed and the mould structure is simple, which is easy to realize various curved shape, for example the square, rectangle, hexagonal, round and other common shapes.
