组织公民行为、工作满意度与医务人员离职倾向关系探讨 被引量:10

摘要 随着医疗卫生事业的发展以及经营理念的改变,医院管理者面临着医务人员高离职率的挑战。国内外学者对组织公民行为、工作满意度与离职倾向关系的研究表明,工作满意度与组织公民行为高度正相关,二者相互作用,并与离职倾向均呈负相关;较高的工作满意度、较多的组织公民行为可明显降低离职倾向,较显著的离职倾向也会导致较少的组织公民行为。 With the development of medicine and health service, and the change of management ideas, the hospital administrators face the challenge of high turnover ratio in medical worker. At home and abroad, scholars study on the relationship among organizational citizenship behaviour, job satisfaction and turnover intention, the results suggest that the job satisfaction is highly positive correlated to organizational citizenship behaviour, they are promoted each other, and both negative correlated to the turnover intention, high job satisfaction and more organizational citizenship behaviour reduces the turnover intention obviously.
