病理学大体标本三维立体成像的研制与应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨利用数码摄影技术构建病理学大体标本的三维立体成像及其在病理学教学中的应用。方法采集病理实物标本,借助自制悬挂标本的辅助装置立体旋转360度捕获图像,利用图像处理编辑软件Photoshop处理图像,并将大体标本的三维立体成像应用于本科学生的病理学实习教学中,课后收集学生的学习感受。结果通过图像处理编辑软件Photoshop处理图像构建病理学大体标本的三维立体成像,清楚直观地再现了病理学大体标本的三维结构。学生普遍反映提高了学习效率。结论利用三维立体成像可以直观显示病理学大体标本的三维结构,应用于病理学教学中可以获得良好的效果。 Objective Explore the use of digital photography to build three-dimensional imaging of pathology specimens applications in pathology teaching. Methods Specimens collected with self- suspension pathological specimens of physical assistive devices rotate 360 degrees to capture three- dimensional images, using image processing editing software Photoshop image processing, and samples of three-dimensional imaging used in students' experiment class teaching, and then gathering student learning experience. Results By editing software Photoshop image processing image processing in pathology specimens to build three-dimensional imaging, clear and intuitive to reproduce three-dimensional structure of the gross specimen pathology. The responses of students are three-dimensional images can improve their learning efficiency. Conclusions The use of three-dimensional imaging can be visualized three- dimensional structure of the gross specimen in pathology, applied to obtain good results in pathology teaching.
