摘要
根据城市轨道交通列车电动塞拉门正常开关门工作原理建立了相应的任务可靠性模型。假设车门故障服从正态分布,不考虑人为因素和维修性,以在线运营的部件故障数据统计出部件平均故障间隔时间作为原始数据,输入数学模型加以仿真分析。仿真分析结果与在线运营故障统计结果间具有一定的可比性,表明该可靠性模型对车门可靠性分析具有宏观价值,可为车辆或列车的可靠性分析提供参考。
In this paper, a corresponding mission reliability model is established on the normal working principle of metro electric plug train door, assuming that the door failure rate would obey to normal distribution, while human factors and maintainability are not taken into account. The average failure interval is analyzed, the working parts' failure rate is taken as the raw data and put into the model for simulation. In some sense, the simulation result is comparable with the online statistical results of operational failures, and shows that the reliability model has macroscopic value to the analysis of the reliability of metro vehicles
