摘要
地铁车门作为乘客上下列车的重要通道,关系到乘客的人身安全,其安全可靠性尤为重要。通过对北京地铁4号线列车车门非站台侧开门故障的原因分析,确认现有开门控制电路存在设计缺陷,进而针对存在缺陷提出对应的改进方案,并进一步对实施整改方案前后的车门功能和安全性能变化情况进行对比分析,确保改进效果良好,彻底消除非站台侧开门故障隐患,切实提高了列车运营的安全性。
The safety and reliability of train door, as an important channel for passengers on and off the train, related to the personal safety of passengers, is particularly important. Through the analysis of the reasons for the failure of the non platform side door" open fault of Beijing met- ro line 4 in this paper, ifs be confirmed that there is the design defects of the existing door control circuit. And then, the corresponding rectifica- tion solution for the defects is proposed. Further, the door function and safety performance changes are compared and analyzed on the implemen- tation of the reform program before and after, in order to make sure the improvement effect is good. The rectification could completely eliminate the hidden trouble of the non platform side door open fault and effectively improve the safety of train operation.
