摘要
介绍了利用霍尔电流传感器校准磁粉探伤机直流磁化电流示值误差的方法,并对采用该方法校准磁粉探伤机直流磁化电流示值时引起的不确定度来源进行分析,得出可以用该方法对工厂用磁粉探伤机的直流磁化电流进行校准。
A method that can be used to calibrate the indication error of circumferential magnetizing direct current outputted by penetrant in- spection equipment of magnetic powder with Hall current sensor is introduced. The sourcs of uncertainty in calibrating circumferential magnetizing direct current using this method has been analyzed. It can be concluded out that this method can be utilized to calibrate circumferential magneti- zing direct current of penetrant inspection equipment of magnetic powder for factories.
