摘要 针对现代测控装置网络化监控的要求,设计一种基于双CPU的电流检测装置,其中一个CPU负责电流检测、数据计算和键盘操作等,另外一个CPU负责存储和通信;本装置通过电流检测电路的设计实现了自动温度补偿,提高了检测准确度;通过网络接口设计实现了电流的网络化监控。检测实验结果表明:最大电流检测误差为0.57%。本装置进行了软硬件结构的通用性设计,可以推广应用到电源监测、电机保护等场合。 Aiming at the networking demand of modern measuring apparatus, a current measuring apparatus with double-CPU is designed, one CPU answers for current measurement, data calculation, keyboard operation and etc, the other answers for storage and communication. The apparatus increases the measuring precision by temperature auto-compensation which is realized by design of current measuring circuit, and it realizes networking measurement by designing network interface. The experimental results show the maximal measuring error of current is 0. 57 %. The universal design of hardware and soft makes the apparatus be used in electrical source monitor and machine protection.
