摘要
常规弹药制导化改造过程中转速的测量尤为关键。针对常规弹转速高的特点,提出一种基于捷联式单轴磁传感器的常规弹药转速测量方法。在建立了弹丸质点外弹道模型、载体磁场模型和单轴磁传感器模型的基础上,使用Matlab对磁传感器输出信号进行仿真,利用滑动窗口CZT变换方法由磁测信号中提取弹丸转速信息。最后对仿真结果做误差分析,验证了此种转速测量方法的可行性。
In the process of design and research on simply guided bomb, the measurement of rotating speed is particularly significant. Ac- cording to the high rotating speed of conventional ammunition, a method of measuring rotating speed based on strap-down single-axis mag- netic sensors was presented. The mass point trajectory model and vehicular magnetic field model, as well as the single-axis magnetic sen- sors model were established. Then the output data of magnetic sensors was simulated by Matlab. The bullet rotating speed data was extrac- ted from the magnetic signal based on Chirp-Z Transform ( CZT). Finally, with the error analysis of simulation results, the test results were presented. The experiment results show that the rotating speed measurement method used in the simulation is feasible.
