摘要 在机载测试系统中,需要采集多通道多类型机上传感器参数进行飞行测试,测量传感器输出的信号类型不尽相同,而后端采集器信号输入类型主要为电压类型,因此在实际采集过程中往往需要将非电压信号转换处理。设计的频率电压转换模块将某频段的频率信号,经转换滤波变换成与频率信号呈线性的电压输出,并将电压范围调整至适合采集的输入范围,为机载测试系统提供新的思路。经过搭建试验平台测试,验证该设计切实可行,转换精度高、稳定可靠、适合机载测试要求的严苛环境,已成功应用在某机型试飞测试中。 In airborne testing system,often need to collect multi-channel multi-type sensors on board a flight test parameters,measurement of sensor output signal type is not the same,then the collector for the voltage signal input types are mainly type,therefore in the process of actual acquisition often need to convert the voltage signal processing.Voltage frequency conversion module is designed in this paper.The frequency signal of a certain frequency band,the transform filter into the output voltage and frequency signal of a linear,and adjust the voltage range to suit the collector input,providing a new method for airborne testing system.After test platform test,verify that the design is feasible,conversion of high precision,stable and reliable,and suitable for airborne testing requirements of harsh environment,has been successfully used in certain type airplane flight tests.
