摘要
混凝土桥梁在建造和使用阶段容易受设计施工及环境因素的影响而产生裂缝,影响结构的正常使用。为保证桥梁的安全运行,需采用合理的检测方法对裂缝进行检测,确定裂缝深度,分析裂缝成因,为制定裂缝处理方案提供依据。基于超声法的原理,对某桥梁板裂缝区域进行单面平测、双面测量,并辅以高倍数读数显微镜对裂缝进行宽度量测,用以确定裂缝的深度、宽度及影响范围,结果表明该方法用声速、波形等声学参数检测混凝土裂缝具有较高的检测精度。
The concrete bridge was easily affected in the construction and using stage by the design and construction, environment and natural disasters, which result in cracks and affect the normal service of structural. For ensuring safety, the reasonable detection method need to be used to detect the cracks, determine the depth and analysis the reasons of cracks, and provide evidence for the cracks treatment. Based on the principle of ultrasonic method, through single plane detecting, double-side detecting for the beam-slab crack area, the depth, width and influence area of the crack were ensured in engineering by the width test for the beam-slab crack area with high multiples reading microscope. The result shows that this method has high test precision for detecting the concrete defects with the acoustical parameters including sound speed and waveform.
