摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立换热器上管箱及其夹套、保温层的结构分析模型.根据该换热器的操作工况,施加温度、压力载荷,进行分析,获得复杂载荷下的设备应力,并按照应力分析标准JB4732进行了强度和疲劳评定,以确保该设备静强度及寿命均满足要求.
The structural analysis model of the up channel with jacket and insulation was established based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS.According to the operation conditions,the temperature and pressure were loaded to obtain the stress in the equipment.The stress intensity and fatigue life were assessed respectively to ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of static strength and fatigue life referring to the standard JB4732.
