摘要
应用ANSYS软件分别建立了某裂解老区第二急冷锅炉的轴对称温度分析模型和空间非线性结构分析模型,对其进行温度分析和应力分析,并采用应力分类法完成强度评定。结果表明急冷锅炉在不同载荷工况下各部件都满足强度要求。
A 3D - axisymmetric temperature and a 3D - nonlinear stress analysis model of secondary quench boiler in cracking zone were built up respectively by ANSYS code. The temperature analysis and stress analysis were discussed. The intensity evaluation was completed by the stress classification method. The conclusion is that the secondary quench boiler can meet the intensity requirement under different load cases.
