摘要
本文介绍了用GH39变形合金的边角余料、合料、电渣重溶,浇注成无余量精铸火焰筒头部,代替原用GH39板料拉伸,机加而成的涡喷六发动机火焰筒头部,此工艺具有明显的经济效果。
The paper has intnoduced that complex material of GH39 alloy scraps is used in electrosl remeltng pro- cess to produce GH39 alloy plate by draw punching and machining. It is evident that the new process has great econom- ic effect.
