摘要
生物化学是基础医学中的主干课程之一，为提高生物化学实验教学效果，对实验教学方法进行了改革，通过调整实验教学内容，引入综合性设计性实验，鼓励学生参与教师科研活动，并对考核方式进行改革成功地激发了学生的学习兴趣，使学生综合能力及教学质量都有了提高。
Biochemistry is one of main subjects in the Basic Medical .To improve the effectiveness of experimental teaching of biochemistry, We adjusted the experimental content and introducd the integrated and designed experiments, encourage students to participate in research activities of teachers, and changed the assessment methods. So the students ＂interest were stimulated successfully, and the students＂ comprehensive ability and the quality of teaching has improved Significantly .
