摘要
对美、英、德、日等国产学研合作模式作分析对比,研究总结它们的特点,并通过与我国产学研合作的现状进行比较指出,国外在产学研合作模式、机制、政策以及政府职能方面,为我国产学研合作的进一步发展提供有益的启示。
This paper compares and ana/yzes the cooperation modes among enterprises, universities and institutions implemented in other countries like the United States, the U. K. Germany and Japan, etc. , and summarizes their features respectively. By comparing the mode with that of China at present, the paper proposes some beneficial advice on such aspects as the collaborative mode, the mechanism, policies and the function of the government so as to further the cooperation in China.
