摘要
工业过程控制中存在着各种控制模式,在各种控制模式之间的切换会使系统产生饱和现象,影响系统的性能。通过在具有控制模式切换的系统中引入条件技术的可行性参考输入的概念,设计抗饱和控制器,减小由于模式切换过程产生的对被控对象产生的阶跃影响。通过仿真证明了所设计的抗饱和控制器缩短了系统输出的调节时间,削弱了由于模式切换对被控对象带来的阶跃影响,使整个控制系统具有明显的抗饱和效果。
Various control models exist in the process of industrial control, switching among the various control models causes the system to become saturated , affecting the performance of the system. In the control system where the plant input substitution exists, the concept of realizable reference input in conditioning technique is used in the design of anti-windup compensator to reduce the reflection of the jump caused by the plant input substitution. The simulation results have shown the designed controller can reduce the setting time of the process, and limit the reflection of the jump caused by the substitution. The whole system has a good capability to reduce the reflection of saturation.
