摘要
随着竞争的日益激烈,知识型员工这个特殊群体面临的压力越来越大。除了知识型员工自身进行减压外,组织必须采取压力管理措施帮助知识型员工缓解压力,胜任工作。本文基于胜任力模型构建了知识型员工压力管理机制,包括压力预防、压力识别、压力应对和压力反馈四级管理机制,以期为组织优化管理提供一定的借鉴。
With the intense competition, working pressure of the knowledge workers is getting stronger. Beside workers' mitigating pressure themselves, the organizations should take measures to help knowledge workers to relieve pressure to be qualified for their assignment. Based on the competency model, this paper constructs the pressure management mechanism of the knowledge workers, including the pressure prevention, pressure identification, pressure respond and pressure feedback in the hope of providing somewhat reference to optimizing management.
