摘要
简要回顾了产品设计制造信息载体的变迁,阐述了产品设计制造信息三维标注的内容以及标注的过程。针对产品制造工艺信息,通过构建并固化工艺符号库,开发了基于GB/T24734规则的工艺符号标注模块,能够实现工艺信息的快速标注。面对基于三维模型表达产品信息的"刺猬"现象,提出了分视图、分图层管理信息的方法。
Based on the review of transition in product design and manufacturing information, it presents the procedure of 3D process information expression and contents of information annotation. By building and consolidating process symbol base of product manufacturing process, it develops the technical symbol annotation module based on GB/T 24734, and realizes that process information annotation is fast. Aiming at requirement of product information expression based on 3D model, it puts forward the showing sorts of process information, divided views for 3 D annotation.
