摘要 选用自制的阳离子改性剂WLS对棉织物进行浸轧改性,研究浸轧改性工艺条件对棉织物硫化染料浸轧染色性能的影响,优化了工艺:二浸二轧(WLS 15 g/L,氢氧化钠4 g/L,轧液率75%)→烘干(50℃,2.5 min).评价了改性棉织物硫化染料浸轧染色的性能,结果表明:改性棉织物具有比未改性棉织物更高的K/S值,在达到相同染色深度的情况下,改性棉织物的染料用量可以大幅减少,能节约染料,减少污水,降低成本. Cotton fabric was modified by padding technology method with self-made cationic agent WLS. The effects of modified conditions on the pad dyeing property of cotton fabrics with sulfur dyes were studied. The optimum technology was obtained: two dipping and padding, WLS 15 g/L, sodium hydroxide 4 g/L, pick up 75%, drying at 50 ℃ for 2.5 min. The dyeing property of sulfur dyed cotton fabric was evaluated. The results showed that K/S value of the modified cotton fabric was greatly improved. The dyes dosage of modi- fied cotton fabrics could be significantly reduced under the circumstances of the same color depth with the un- treated cotton fabrics. Therefore dyes could be saved and the sewage treatment and production costs could be reduced.
