不同感染途径、CD_4^+绝对值计数对1189例无症状期HIV感染者潜伏期影响的横断面研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究不同感染途径、不同水平CD4+绝对值计数对无症状期HIV感染者进入艾滋病期的发病时间(潜伏期)的影响。方法:采用横断面研究的方法,对全国10各中心1189例无症状期HIV感染者进行调查,利用Kaplanmeier乘积极限法计算不同感染途径、不同CD4+绝对值计数水平的平均发病时间。结果:血液途径感染的无症状期HIV感染者的可能发病时间为8.99年,吸毒途径感染者7.42年,同性恋性途径感染者为6.92年,异性性途径感染者发病时间为7.70年;CD4+绝对值计数200~350/mm3的无症状期HIV感染的可能发病时间为8.71年,350~450/mm3水平者9.33年,450/mm3以上者为9.09年。结论:患者的免疫功能与潜伏期呈正相关,不同传播途径的潜伏期不同,经血途径感染的无症状期HIV感染者潜伏期最长,与联合国艾滋病规划署(UNAIDS)研究结果经血途径感染潜伏期9.5年相比稍短;同性恋途径感染者潜伏期最短。 Objective:To study the impact of different routes of infection and CD4^+ absolute value on incubation period of asymptomatic HIV infection. Methods :1189 asymptomatic HIV infected persons in 10 research centers were investigated with cross sectional studies, and the average incubation period of asymptomatic HIV infection with different routes of infection and CD4 value were calculated by Kaplan meier product-limited method. Results : The incubation period of HIV infection adults by blood was 8.99 years ; by drug taking was 7.42 years ; by heterosex was 7.70 years ; by gay sex was 7.70 years. The incubation period of HIV infection adults CD + 4 count level in 200 - 350/mm3 was 8.71 years ;in 350 - 450/mm3 was 9.33 years,over 450/mm3 was 9.09 years. Conclusion : The incubation period of adults of asymptomatic HIV infection infected by blood was the longest, infected by gay sex was the shortest.
