摘要
目的观察在常规治疗方法上加用曲美他嗪治疗慢性肺心病的效果。方法将82例慢性肺心病患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(40例),两组均进行常规抗感染、平喘、强心、利尿治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,疗程10d。比较两组疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为85.71%,对照组为67.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗慢性肺心病能显著改善患者心功能状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effcet of Trimetazidine in chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 82 cases chronic pulmonary disease patients randomly divided treatment group 42 cases and control group 40 cases,two groups were given the general anti-infective,anti-asthmatic,and strong heart,diuresis treatment.The treatment group insisted on oral Trimetazidine 20mg,3 times every day,compared the curative effect of the two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 85.71%,control group was 67.50%,there was the differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Long-time use of Trmetazidine in chronic pulmonary heart disease patients can improve heart function status and quality of life.
