摘要
目的:观察加用曲美他嗪治疗急性加重期肺心病的效果。方法:将133例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(68例),2组均进行常规抗感染、对症、平喘、减轻心肌负荷治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,tid,疗程10 d。比较2组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.85%,对照组为76.47%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:长期应用曲美他嗪治疗肺心病急性加重期,有望改善肺心病患者心功能状态,改善预后,提高其生活质量。
Objective：To study the effect of trimetazidine on acute exacerbation of Cor pulmonale.Methods：133 cases Cor pulmonale randomly divided treatment group 65 cases and control group 68 cases,two groups were same on the General anti-infective,antiasthmatic,and other on the basis of complex treatment.The treatment group insisted on oral trimetazidine 20mg Tid,compared the results of the two groups.Results：Total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%,control group was 76.5%,there was the differences between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Long-term use of trimetazidine for Cor pulmonale,can improve heart function in patients with pulmonary heart disease status as well as improve the prognosis and quality of life.
