癌症患者静脉血栓栓塞症的预防进展 被引量：5

摘要 静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是癌症患者最常见的并发症之一,现已发现癌症患者VTE的风险比非癌症患者增加4倍之多[1]。已发生VTE癌症患者的存活率明显低于未发生VTE的癌症患者[2]。本文对癌症患者的VTE风险、可能的发病机制以及有效的预防措施进行综述。1 VTE的风险VTE的风险依癌症的类型不同而不同,胰腺癌具有最高的VTE风险。
