摘要
研究船用减速齿轮箱功率损失的数学模型。在不考虑自带辅助泵功率消耗的条件下,推导并证明了任意级减速齿轮箱功率损失的一般解析式。要点是:先由船用一级减速齿轮箱功率损失的试验曲线推导出功率损失与传递功率、输出转速之间的线性关系;然后将该线性关系的适用性由一级减速齿轮箱推广到任意级减速齿轮箱,并用数学归纳法给予证明。最后分析了该功率损失一般解析式的物理意义,列举了它的实际应用。
Modeling of power loss in marine propulsion reduction gearbox was studied. A general loss-power mathematical model of multi-stage reduction gearbox was developed and proved under the condition of leaving out of account of power loss of attached pumps i.e. PTO. From a test curve of one-stage propulsion reduction gearbox a linear expression of power loss with transmitted power and output rotating speed was deducted. An extension of the expression from one-stage to arbitrary-stage reduction gearbox was developed and then proved with mathematical induction. The meaning of the mathematical model for the power-loss was explained and examples related to its applications were listed.
