摘要
采用虚拟样机技术,以8K90MC-C低速柴油机为背景,建立柴油机曲轴连杆机构的三维模型并进行动力学仿真。相对于以往的仿真,将柴油机的主要运动部件曲轴处理成柔性体,使其更符合实际工作情况,仿真得到各主轴承上的受力情况,为低速柴油机的振动、噪声分析提供依据。
Based on 8K90MC-C low-speed engine,the three-dimensional model of the crank-rod mechanism was established,and the dynamic simulation of the engine was realized using the virtual prototype technology. The crankshaft model was established to be flexible compared with the ancient simulation, which can make it more practical. The excitation force of each bearing was acquired. The research results offers reference to the further vibration and noise analysis of low speed diesel engine.
