摘要
榆树林油田尚9、树103及树127区块原油粘度相对较高,导致生产过程中极易卡泵,严重影响了机采井正常生产。本文分析了影响稠油井正常生产的主要因素,对应用的化学降粘、物理降粘及油管电加热降粘等方式进行了综合对比,指出油管电加热技术是解决稠油问题有效方法,并提出改进方向。
The viscosity of crude is relatively high in Yushulin oilfield Shang 9, Shu 103 and Shu 127 blocks, resulting in stuck pump in the process of production, which seriously affects the normal production of machine production wells. This paper analyzed the main factors to affect the normal production of heavy oil wells and made the comprehensive comparison on ways of applied chemical viscosity reduction, physical viscosity reduction and tubing electric heating, pointed that tubing electric heating technology is an effective way to solve the heavy oil problem and proposed the direction of improvement.
