摘要 通过矿场探索试验和应用研究,提出了一套较完善实用的针对原油粘度在8×104mPas以下的不同类型稠油油藏的采油工艺方法。这套方法成功地使郑6块、广饶潜山油藏、胜三区东一段等稠油油藏投入开发。用HVO降粘解堵防膨技术能有效地解除稠油层的近井堵塞,提高油层渗透率,降低注汽压力和稠油流动阻力;用蒸汽吞吐热力降粘和电热杆加热泵抽技术有效地降低稠油粘度,解决了特、超稠油的井筒举升难题;对于疏松砂岩的稠油油藏,采用PS稠油防砂工艺,有效地防止了稠油层出砂,延长防砂有效期,增加了稠油产量。 Through field practice, a set of development technique suitable for different heavy oil reservoirs with crude oil viscosity below 8×10 4 mPa.s has been suggested. It has made such heavy oil reservoirs as Cao 104, Zheng 6, Guangyao buried hill etc. developed successfully. The HVO technique can remove the near wellbore formation block and improve the layer permeability, consequently decrease the pressure of steam injected and the flow resistance of oil. The pumping techniques of steam soak and electric heating rod can reduce the heavy oil viscosity and solve the lifting extra heavy crude problem in the wellbore. For unconsolidated sandstone reservoir, the PS sand control technique can avoid sand production and prolong the validity period of sand controlling and increase oil production.
