摘要
为提高镀层质量,通过对镀层表面形貌观察、镀液稳定性测试等方法,研究缓冲剂、络合剂对镀液稳定性以及镀层质量的影响,结果表明:加入单一缓冲剂的镀液,反应25 min后镀液开始分解;加入复合络合剂和复合缓冲剂的镀液静置96 h没有分解,得到的镀镍层完全覆盖微弧氧化膜,镀层化学活性高且耐酸性好。
To improve nickel coating quality, the influences of buffer agent and complexing agent on solution stability and coating quality were investigated using surface feature observation and stability test. The results show that solution with the single buffer agent began to decompose 25 minutes later, solution with composite buffer agent and composite complexing agent stands for 96 hours and no decomposition phenomenon occurs. It was founded the nickel coating covered MAO coating,the resulting coating has strong chemically active and acid endurance.
