摘要
通过氯化钯稳定性实验、镀液稳定常数的测量以及周期实验等方法,研究了影响化学镀镍溶液稳定性的因素.研究结果表明,所有组成镀液的有效成分都会影响镀液的稳定性,其中络合剂和稳定剂是影响镀液稳定性的重要因素.在操作条件中,温度、镀液的pH值是影响镀液稳定性的主要因素;在连续施镀过程中,添加方式决定着镀液的使用寿命.
To studied by us enhance the stability of electroless Ni-P solution, the factors that influence the stability are ing palladium chloride testing of electroless Nickel solution, stability and the service life. The research results show that all of the chemical composition in the electroless Nickel solution may influence the stability, among which complexing agent and stabilizer are the two important factors. In the process of operation, the temperature and PH value are the main factors. In the process of continual operation, the supplement method will decide the service life of solution.
