摘要
利用位阻胺原理,开发出系列复合胺脱硫溶剂SHA,在实验室评价装置上考察了其脱硫选择性,并应用于中国石化扬子石化公司炼油厂1400#干气脱硫装置。结果表明,与工业常用脱硫溶剂甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)相比,经SHA-7脱除后净化气中H2S的体积分数降低1个数量级;在满足炼厂气净化指标的前提下,复合胺脱硫溶剂吸收H2S能力提高约50%,蒸汽消耗量至少下降20%,溶剂消耗量至少下降50%。
Based on the principle of hindered a- mine, a series of composite amine desulfurization sol- vents SHA was developed, and their desulfurization selectivity was investigated on a lab evaluation de- vice. SHA -7 was applied to 1400# dry gas desulfu- rization unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Company, SIN- OPEC. The results showed that compared with the commonly used desulfurizer methyldiethanolamine, the volume fraction of H2S in SHA -7 treated gas decreased by one order of magnitude. Under the con- dition of meeting dry gas purification specification, the H2S absorption capacity of SHA -7 could in- crease by about 50% , steam consumption decreased by at least 20% , and solvent consumption by at least 50%.
