摘要
针对MEA易降解、对设备腐蚀严重等技术问题,研发了一种以MEA为主体的复合胺CO2吸收溶剂。通过对比试验得知,复合胺溶剂60°C下吸收CO2能力明显优于MEA,相同浓度下,解吸速率更快。小试试验发现,复合胺溶剂吸收能力相比提高20.0%,再生能耗下降21.5%。复合胺液的平均胺耗为0.11g/m3CO2,对碳钢设备的腐蚀速率较小,平均腐蚀速率为0.01645mm/a。
To reduce the tendency of MEA degradation and equipment corrosion in CO2 recovery from flue gas,a compound amine solution was developed by adding active amine,anti-oxidant and inhibiter into the MEA.The results of the comparison tests of CO2 recovery showed that the CO2 absorption performance of the compound amine solvent was better than that of MEA solvent below 60℃,and under the same amine concentrations,the CO2 desorption rate of the compound amine was higher than that of MEA.The results of the bench-scale test indicated that the absorption capacity of the compound amine was 20.0% higher than that of MEA,and the regeneration energy consumption reduced by 21.5%.For the compound amine,the average amine loss was 0.11g/m3 CO2,and the average corrosion rate to carbon steel(A3) was as low as 0.01645 mm per year.
