摘要
针对当前县级医院病案管理存在的主要问题,分析研究解决的对策是切实加强领导,健全病案管理制度,与医院建设同步规划、同步发展;加大资金投入,加强硬件设施建设,改善病案工作环境,更新添置必要的现代化办公设备;积极创造条件,构建信息网络建设,沟通各层次、各医院之间的病案信息;加强培训,提高病案人员素质,以适应现代化医院发展的新要求;实现病案资源共享,让更多有价值的信息得到开发利用,以满足医疗、教育、科研工作的需要。
Aimed at analyzing and solving the primary problems existing in the medical records management of county hospitals, we should strengthen the leadership conscientiously, complete medical records management system, make programme and improvment accompany with the development of the hospital. Increase funding and strengthen the construction of hardware facilities, improve the medical records＇ work environment, and update or acquire necessary modern office equipments. Create relevant conditions positively to build a information network, thus bring convenience to the commu- nication of medical records information among different levels and different hospitals. Enhance the quality of medical records personnel through training to meet the new demand of the modern hospitals＇ development. By these methods, more and more valuable information will be exploited to fulfill the requirements of medical treatment, education and research works.
