摘要
氨基化碳纳米管不仅保持了碳纳米管的独特结构,并具有良好的溶解性和生物相容性,是一种极具发展前景的纳米材料,其在药学领域的应用备受关注。综述近年来氨基化碳纳米管的制备方法及在药学领域的应用研究进展。
Amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes not only maintain the unique structure of pristine carbon nanotubes, but also exhibit more favorable solubility and biocompatibility. Their application as a kind of promising nanomaterials in pharmaceutical field has drawn extensive attention. The preparation methods of amino-functionalized carbon nanotubes and their application in pharmaceutical field in recent years were reviewed.
