摘要
人工流产严重威胁妇女生殖安全,特别是可能会出现继发不孕和妊娠结局不良等远期危害。优质人工流产后避孕咨询服务是降低重复流产率的有效途径,其核心是及时落实科学有效的避孕方法。避孕指导宜在人工流产前进行,根据服务对象的意愿和个体条件等综合考虑抉择。现代复方口服避孕药和宫内节育器均可在流产后立即开始使用,同时亦提供了更多生殖健康益处。
Women＇ s reproductive health is influenced seriously by induced abortions, especially there is possibility of long-term adverse effects on such as secondary infertility and adverse pregnancy outcome. Post-abortion care （PAC） is essential to avoid repeat abortions, in which the choice of proper contraceptive methods is critical. To give instruction in contra- ception should be provided prior to abortion, within the broad range of methods that a client can use safely, the client＇s purposes ,preferences and individual- ity should govern family planning decisions. COC and IUD/IUS are appropriate to start using immedi- ately post-abortion, at meanwhile known health bene- fits provided as well.
