摘要
现代远程教育质量被认为是现代远程高等教育是否能持续发展的关键。从学生满意度入手,通过SEM实证分析得出学生满意度、忠诚度、教育服务质量三者之间高度相关的关系,并由此进一步提出服务质量改进矩阵及相关教育质量改进策略。
Modern distance higher education has gone through a rapid development,in particular due to incorporating modern information technology,thus making important contributions to all levels of a learning society.The key issue in sustaining this development is to ensure the quality of modern distance higher education.This article uses the SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) to study the relation between education service quality,student satisfaction,and student loyalty.And it also proposes the service quality improvement matrix and the related education quality improvement strategy.
