摘要
目的分析重庆市医疗机构中医药人才现状和存在的问题,提出重庆市中医药人才队伍建设的建议。方法采取文献查询与专家咨询方法,对重庆市医疗机构中医药人才现状进行分析。结果重庆市中医药人才队伍结构不合理,缺乏中高级中医人才和中药人才;分布不均衡,主要集中在"一小时经济圈"。结论政府应培养和引进中医药高级专门人才;设置独立的中医药本科院校;以政府为主导,实现中医药人才在区域间合理配置。
Objective To analyze the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) human resources in Chongqing in the year of 2010,to put forward a proposal on feasible countermeasures of TCM human resources development of Chongqing. Methods Literature review and expert counseling methods were used to analyze the TCM human resources status quo in Chongqing in the year of 2010. Results The structure of TCM human resources in Chongqing was unreasonable,it had lacked pharmacists of TCM and senior talent of TCM doctors;TCM human resources were unbalanced distribution in Chongqing,more were built-up in 1-hour economic zone. Conclusion Because of the lack of TCM human resources, the government should train and introduce more senior talent of TCM human resources, establish independent TCM college or university, promote the balanced distribution of TCM human resources in different district of Chongqing.
