摘要
本文分析了历史文化在主题餐厅中的作用和使用方式,并结合日常生活中的实际案例徐州万豪湘鄂情酒店的设计,论述了历史文化的新型价值,进而分析了采用多元化表现手法对主题餐厅进行设计的可行性。提出了文化和时尚品味并存的设计理念;并且运用旧物改造,充分把现代材质和原有材质的结合起来,另外还采取餐厅博物馆等方式探讨文化植入餐厅的合理性。
In this paper, the effect and application modes of historical culture in the theme restaurants were analyzed, and combining with actual design case of Xuzhou Wanhao Xiangeqing hotel, the new value of the historical culture were discussed, and the feasibility of diversification technique on the design themed restaurants was researched. The coexisted design concept of culture and fashion taste was put forward. And using the old transformation, the modern material and original material was fully combined, in addition, with restaurant museum approach to study the rationality of the culture implant restaurant.
