摘要
目的探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(glutathione-S-transferase,GST-π)、醌氧化还原酶1(quinoneoxidoreductasel,NQO1)在子宫内膜癌中的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测32例子宫内膜腺癌组织和40例正常子宫内膜组织GST-π、NQO1的表达情况。结果 GST-π和NQO1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NQO1在Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于Ⅰ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GST-π、NQO1与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关;检测NQO1可作为判断晚期子宫内膜癌预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of glutathione - S - transferase （ GST - π） and quinone oxidoreductasel （NQO1） in endometrial cancer tissues and their clinical significance. / Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of GST -π and NQO1 in 32 endometrial cancer tissues and 40 normal uterine endometrial tissue. Results The expression of GST- π and NQO1 in endometrial cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal uterine endometrial tissue. NQO1 expression in stage III endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that of stage I （P = 0.002）. Conclusion Expression of GST - π and NQO1 is closely related to the endometrial cancer. And the expression of NQO1 could be a good prognostic factor of endometrial cancer.
