院外急诊介入救治血管损伤的可行性研究

摘要 目的探讨在战场一线或灾难现场应用野战介入救治方舱开展血管损伤院外急救的可行性。方法开展不同类型血管损伤介入救治手术动物实验,汇总相关数据,观察手术时间,手术效果及、影像清晰度及设备可操控性,探讨其救治能力;参加卫勤演练及远程机动,检验方舱系统环境适应性及机动性。结果共对6只实验动物实施5种8台次介入诊治手术,DSA成像性能良好;实施远程机动2次约1400km,发动机动力保持正常,未发生机械故障。参加卫勤演练1次,舱体展开正常,舱内设备无毁损,固定设备无松动,工作状态良好。结论研究初步证实野战介入救治方舱具有良好的机动性和较强的自然环境适应能力,战场一线或灾难现场应用野战介入救治方舱开展血管损伤应急介入救治具有可行性。 Objective To discuss feasibility of emergent treating vascular injury in intervention treatment shelter in battlefield or disaster struck area. Methods Different type' s animal experiments of vascular injury/ treatment were undertaken and all data were collected, including observation on time of surgery, outcome, image definition, equipment facilitation, as well as scope of the treatment. Participating in the medical service drilling and long-distance maneuvering, the environment suitability and motility were well tested. Results In an animal experiment, five types of surgeries conducted on six animals in eight cases of intervention demonstrated positive DSA image. The engine power maintained normal with no mechanical failure in a long-distance motion around 1 400 kilometers. The medical service drilling ended up successful as the shelter unfolded with no equipments damaged, nor any loosing installation. Conclusion The field operation intervention treatment shelter is provided with mobility and adaptability to the natural environment. It is feasible to treat the vascular injury in the shelter.
