摘要
目的:研制野战快速微创介入救治方舱,在战时及非战争军事行动条件下对心脏及血管急重伤病的伤员进行快速救治。方法:采用可扩展式方舱作为载体,设计内装移动式高频X射线机、骨科/介入手术床等主要介入手术设备,配备常用手术器械,具备日常医院导管介入手术室的功能。结果:野战快速微创介入救治方舱在展开使用时,拓展医院导管介入手术室布局设置,具备快速替代日常导管介入手术室的功能。结论:设计研制的野战快速微创介入救治方舱,适合作为战时及非战争军事行动条件下对心脏与血管急重伤病实施快速救治的专科保障装备。
Objective To develop a war field operation minimal-invasive intervention treatment shelter for fast heart and blood vessel treatment of the acute or severe wounded under wartime or non-war military operations.Methods Most of the instruments in common operating room were integrated into an expandable shelter including intervention operation functional devices such as mobile X-ray machine,bone/intervention operating table,and common surgical instruments.General function of an intravascular catheterization operating room was fulfilled in this shelter.Results Application of the field operation minimal-invasive intervention treatment shelter proved its effectiveness in replacing common catheter intervention operation room through expanding layout configuration.Conclusion The field operation minimal-invasive intervention treatment shelter is suitable to work as a special support equipment for fast heart and blood vessel treatment of the acute or severe wounded under wartime or non-war military operations.
