摘要
本文分析了大型双馈式风力发电机组中双馈感应发电机(DFIG)轴承的振动特性,对发电机轴承进行了载荷分析,并计算出发电机轴承几种典型的故障特征频率。利用先进的振动传感器对轴承进行了振动测试,根据采集到的振动频谱准确的定位了故障点,为早期发现、处理发电机振动故障提供了理论依据和诊断方法。
This paper has analyzed the vibration characteristics of the bearing of Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) in large type double-fed wind generator unit. The load analysis is carried out on motor bearing and several typical failures' characteristic frequencies of wind generator bearing are calculated. The vibration measurement is carried out on bearing by the advanced vibration sensors and the failure points are located accurately according to the collected vibration spectrum. It has provided theoretical basis and diagnosis method for early detection and treatment for vibration failure in wind generator.
