诊疗模式对门诊挂号大厅内人员数量分布及新风量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用实地调研和情景假设法,对比分析了现场挂号后即时就诊与预约就诊两种诊疗模式下门诊挂号大厅内的人员数量分布及新风量需求。结果表明,开展预约就诊的医院挂号大厅一周内人数的日差异远小于采取现场挂号后即时门诊模式的医院,且新风需求量仅为后者的23.3%;采取预约就诊模式不仅能缩短患者排队等候时间,还能改善医院建筑室内空气品质,降低新风系统能耗;人员数量不断变化的门诊挂号大厅不宜采用定风量通风系统,应采用按需供应的通风模式,现场挂号、即时就诊模式的医院采用此通风模式节能效果更显著。 Compares and analyses the people number distribution and fresh air requirement in outpatient registration halls in the two hospitals with respective clinic modes of site registration-and-instantclinic and appointment clinic by the field investigation and the scenario analysis mettfod. The results show that the difference of the people number distribution in different days in a week in the hospital with appointment service is much less than that without appointment service, and the fresh air requirement in the outpatient registration hall is only 23.3 percent of the hospital without appointment service. The outpatient appointment reduces their waiting time in queue, improves the indoor air quality and decreases energy consumption of the fresh air system. Proposes a demand control ventilation system to be used in the registration hall with people number variation instead of the constant air volume ventilation system and states that this produces more obvious energy saving in the hospital without appointment service.
