图书馆作为传承历史文化资源的重要载体,在社会主义物质文明建设与精神文明建设中,发挥着积极作用。介绍了图书馆的环境和功能,探讨了新时期公共图书馆的信息服务和社会职能。
Being as an important carrier for inheriting historical and cultural resources, the library plays an active role in the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization. This paper introduces library＇s environment and functions, and probes into the information services and social functions of public library in the new period.
