摘要
文章阐明了过敏性紫癜中医之"紫癜疹",血小板减少性紫癜中医之"紫癜斑"病名的称谓。探讨了过敏性紫癜中西医病因、病机,运用中医理论科学详实的论述了笔者以三期分治、脏腑辨证、综合治疗过敏性紫癜的宝贵经验,为过敏性紫癜系统、规范、综合治疗,扬长避短,缩短疗程,提高疗效,提供了一个切实可行的有效方法。
This article firstly illustrated the original names of allergic purpura as ＇Zi Dianzhen＇ and of thrombocytopenic purpura as ＇Zi Dianban＇ in traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, it discussed the causes and mechanism of allergic purpura, then illustrated the precious experience in the comprehensive treatment of children allergic purpura, providing a feasible treatment, which would not only treat children allergic purpura systematically and regularly with comprehensive methods, but also utilize the positive clinical effect and shorten the course of treatment.
