摘要
目的探讨现代医学和传统医学对小儿过敏性紫癜的病因认识。方法通过整理历代文献和现代医学研究进展,分析其发病的病因,以推动研究的发展和进步。结果现代医学认为小儿过敏性紫癜的病因多与感染、饮食、药物等因素相关,其中又以感染为最主要因素;中医则将本病多归于邪毒侵袭,而体内脏腑、营血或经络功能失常所致。结论通过对过敏性紫癜病因的研究,为针对性治疗本病提供了新的思路和方法。
Objective To investigate the etiology of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on allergic purpura in children.Methods The causes of the disease were analyzed,which promoted the development and progress of the research by sorting the literature and the research progress of modern medicine. Results The etiology of modern medicine on allergic purpura in children was related to infection,diet,drug and other factors,and infection was the most important factor. The etiology of traditional Chinese medicine on allergic purpura in children was invasion of pathogenic toxin and dysfunction of zang-fu viscera,nutrient-blood and channel and collateral.Conclusion The study of the cause of allergic purpura provided new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease.
