"主题提炼式"培训是基于教育家型校长的培养目标的需求而产生的。它弥补了传统培训模式忽视校长内在提升的不足,其设计的理论基础是人本主义和实践知识观。"主题提炼"有其独特的组织形式、逻辑步骤。它的实施促进了校长自我意识的完善、思维品质的提升、教育理想信念的坚定。
The "theme refinement-oriented" training is produced in accordance with the demand for cultivating educationist-oriented school principals. It covers the deficiency of conventional training models which overlook principals' internal enhancements. It is designed based on theories of humanism and practical knowledge. The "theme refinement" has its distinct organizational forms and logical procedures. Its implementation will be pro- motive of principals' perfecting their self consciousness, enhancing their thinking quality, and firming their ed- ucational ideals and beliefs.
