The ＂theme refinement-oriented＂ training is produced in accordance with the demand for cultivating educationist-oriented school principals. It covers the deficiency of conventional training models which overlook principals＇ internal enhancements. It is designed based on theories of humanism and practical knowledge. The ＂theme refinement＂ has its distinct organizational forms and logical procedures. Its implementation will be pro- motive of principals＇ perfecting their self consciousness, enhancing their thinking quality, and firming their ed- ucational ideals and beliefs.
