摘要
本文提出了数控加工中刀具的实时检测方法。该方法首先利用神经网络建立刀具的负载模型,然后根据该模型和断裂力学的相关理论,检测刀具所受的负载是否超过应力疲劳条件下的裂纹扩展负载。并作出相应的处理,使刀具不会出现脆性断裂,以保证加工的质量和机床的安全。
A recl-time detection for tools in NC machining is raised in the paper. The loading model of tools is established using neural networks at first, the that whether the loading of tools exceeds the loading that leads the crack extension under stress fatigue condition is detected according to fracture mechanics and the corresponding treatment is given avoiding the brittle fracture of tools for the quality of machining and the safety of the machine.
