摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液与凉血化瘀法联合治疗脑出血的临床疗效,为临床用药提供一定的理论依据。方法随机将笔者所在医院收治的68例脑出血患者分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组各34例,对照组患者采用醒脑静注射液进行治疗,联合组患者在对照组的基础上加用凉血化瘀法进行联合治疗。采用Glasgow昏迷意识量表和神经功能缺损评分标准对药物疗效进行评价。结果联合治疗组昏迷意识评分及有效率分别为(12.3±2.9)分,85.3%;对照组(17.9±3.1)分,70.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论醒脑静与凉血化瘀法联合用药对脑出血具有显著治疗作用,其疗效优于醒脑静单用,此法值得在临床进行推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Xingnaojing conbined with cooling blood to remove stasis method for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 68 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients who were admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and combined treating group randomly,each group had 34 cases. The control group was treated with Xingnaojin injection,and the combined treating group was treated with cooling blood to remove stasis method inaddition to the Xingnaojing injection. Glasgow coma scale and neurological severity score were used to evaluate the efficacy of drugs. Results The coma scale and effective rate of combined treating group were （12.3 ± 2.9） and 85.3%,compared with control group（17.9 ± 3.1） and 70.6%,had a significant difference（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion Xingnaojing combined with cooling blood to remove stasis method has a signicicant effect on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,its effect superior to the monotherapy of Xingnaojing,the method has a promoted value in clinical therapy.
