清肝宁肺汤对CVA模型大鼠气管与肺组织病理变化影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Influence of Qianggan Ningfei Decoction on the Pathological Changes of Lung and Trachea Tissues of CVA Model Rats

摘要 目的:探究清肝宁肺汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)大鼠气管与肺组织病理变化的影响。方法:利用卵蛋白(OA)及辣椒素复制CVA大鼠模型。实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、地塞米松片组、清肝宁肺汤组、地塞米松片合清肝宁肺汤组(以下简称为清汤加地米组),以2min内咳嗽次数、气管与肺体质重量指数、气管、肺病理变化为观测指标。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠咳嗽加剧(P<0.01),气管与肺体质重量指数明显增加(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,肺及气管病理损伤严重。经治疗后各治疗组2min内咳嗽次数减少(P<0.01),气管与肺体质重量指数减低(P<0.01),病理损伤减轻。结论:清肝宁肺汤可以通过减轻CVA模型大鼠气管与肺的病理损伤而发挥治疗作用。 Objective:To observe the influence of Qianggan Ningfei Decoction on the pathological changes of the lung and trachea tissues of cough variant asthma (CVA) modal rats. Methods : Ovalbumin (OA) and belly cavity were used to make CVA rat models, which were divided into a normal matched control, model matched control and dexamethasone tablet group, Qianggan Ningfei Decoction group. The cough times in two minutes, the weight index and pathological changes of lung and windpipe tissues were used as index signs. Results : Compared with normal matched control, the model matched control rat coughed more heavely( P 〈 0.01 ), the weight index number of lung and windpipe obviously increased (P 〈 0.01 ), and the pathological changes of lung and windpipe tissues were more damaged. After the treatment, cough times in each treatment groups were reduced (P 〈 0.01 ), the weight index numbers of lung and windpipe turned down (P 〈 0.01 ), pathological changes of lung and windpipe were reduced. Conclusion:The Qianggan Ningfei Decoction can treat CVA by reducing the pathological changes of lung and windpipe tissues.
